i am allergic to dairy products, and i have had them cut out of my diet for 3-4 months. the past few weeks i feel bloated a lot...it seems worse after i eat sugar...what could this be? Also...when i eat salads i'm not bloated at all, but when i eat chocolate or cookies or cake (excluding glazed donuts...idk why but those don't hurt my stomach),etc, and also potatoes. my stomach ends up feels bloated(and i look 6 months pregnant...usually i'm pretty thin) and hurts really bad. what could this be?
please please answer!!! (i have a docotor's appointment, but it's on june 1, i need to know if i should move it up or not) please tell me what you think it is and what i should do!!
I also have very bad PMS with extreme back pain, cramps, holding 7-8lbs of water...all this lasts about 2 weeks/month...i've grown 3 bra sizes in the last year with no differentiation in weight ( i'm 17, so my periods are regular). i went from a size 32B-32DD. could this all be hormone related?
