ok well i am having problems trying to go to sleep everytime i say i will go to sleep i just cant and when i say i will get up i just get up like a hour or so later and especially during school any advice

That happens to me too. What I suggest is that when you deside it's time to go to sleep try reading your science or math book that is sure to get you tired enough to get you to sleep, I tried it and I passed out in half an hour. Also with the whole getting up in the morning thing you can iether force yourself to just role out of bed or you can maybe have a wet towel next to you in the morning that you can wet your face with to get you up. This happens to a lot of people so don't worry to much. Many times it has to do with diet and the things you have eaten or drunk before your bed time. Have you been drinking sodas or tea? The caffeine in these products will keep you awake several hours after you have consumed them.
Stress and worry will also make a difference. Find yourself a mantra of some sort and think about other things. The old saying about counting sheep is corny but a repetitive thought pattern can help you nod off. Sleep tight!! Try to stay away from sleeping pills and that type of product. They effect you negatively in the long run and end up making it harder to get a good nights sleep.

you might be stressed out, or just thinking too much. that happened to me the night before my SATs. do you eat before going to bed, cuz that might be it. you should try doing some exercise to kinda get u tired before bed.

Wake up early and some sport or gym at afternoon so at night you will be tired to sleep.
Swimming is great.

u could be stressed, there might be to much noise
