As a rule, the pain is mainly in the right lower quadrant of your abdomen. Pain is worse when walking, or when riding in a car and going over bumpy streets. Treatment is appendectomy; the sooner the better. You do not want a ruptured appendix, as you can have major complications from this. If you think you might have appendicitis, go to an ER right away.

Symptoms include but are not limited to:
1.Severe pain in Right lower part of abdomen(stomach)
2. Rebound pain (painful when pressing and releasing right lower abdomen.
3. Nausea and vomiting
4. Fever
5. High WBC (white blood count)
Resolution = emergency appendectomy(removal of appendix)
Seek immediate medical treatment if you think this is the problem...if your appendix ruptures inside your body you can get an awful infection and may die....

sharp stabbing pains in your side about the area of your pelvis bone. Its an awful pain.....fever can be a sign. nausea. sweating. Here is a silly thing you can do.....jump up and if it hurt so badly in your side that you think you might die then you might have one. The cure is to have it taken out b/c if it ruptures you can die from the toxins in your body.
