i know it sounds random, but we're having a discussion in my flat.

Either one or both as with the cessation of life; there's complete relaxation of the bladder and anal sphincter. However, in more cases than not, the existing renal failure prior to death would render the dying patient anuric ( no urine) or oliguric( scanty amt). It is still normal for the bowels to be full and there are incidences where flatus is heard after the patient has expied.

15 years ago I was in an emergencey room with chest pains and my heart stopped for 34 secs before it started back up. In that amount of time my body was shutting down and I woke up with wet pants.

All your fluids start to vacate the body because there is no muscle strength holding it all back.... that's the gore over for one night.

All functions stop. You can't even bleed, nothing is running...the engine is turned off.
