Since the common cold is really nothing compared to cancer or HIV/Aids, I have to say HIV/AIDS. If cancer is caught soon enough, it can be cured. I know, because I had breast cancer, I still would like to see a cure with only an injection of some kind. but, there is no cure for HIV/AIDS yet, There a lot of meds people can take but the ultimate end right now is always death. So I have to pick HIV/AIDS

I'd say the common cold. Because not everyone gets HIV/AIDS or Cancer...but almost everyone catches a cold in their lifetime...so a cure for that would help EVERYONE, not just certain people.

AIDS, because then people could be less cautious with who they chose to be with sexually. You could walk up to anyone on the strret and the worst thing you'd have to worry about is herpes (not that that's a good thing). And dying from herpes isn't as common.
Plus the people in third world countries who aren't as educated about STDs as we are in other places wouldn't be condemning as many of their children to a life with HIV/AIDS which they didn't bring upon themselves as they are today. (Assuming they have access to the cure)

ppl say cancer i would like that but also hiv and aids cause in africa many children CHILDREN are dying of it and ppl blame gays for hiv and stuff so the rain of terror would be over to but most likely cancer

How about we don't forget that HIV/AIDS is the number one killer of black women and the number one cause of death in Africa?
I would add heart disease to that list as well.
