My brother is complaining of constant headaches and his nose bleeds almost everyday, especially in the morning. Last time he was about to go to the kitchen when he felt dizzy and almost collapsed on the floor.
what could this mean?
He kept on saying its normal because of the high temperature we are experiencing this summer.(we are in the Philippines and summer is very very hot)But I'm worried.

When he was younger he would always have nosebleeds but not as frequent as now. I was told he used to have some sort of infection on his nose when we were really young which cost my grandfather a lot to have it cured.

Headaches and nosebleeds are one of the symptoms of dangerously elevated blood pressure. My greatest concern is the fact that you mentioned he became dizzy and almost collapsed. This is called orthostatic hypotension, or a sudden drop in blood pressure when one stands up. This is common in patients with high blood pressure.
Please encourage him to seek medical attention to rule out high blood pressure as excessive headaches and nosebleeds could be signaling an oncoming stroke. Our bodies warn us when they are not working right and although elevated temperatures do play a role in our vital signs, if you are from the Philippines, you should be physicially acclimated to the climate and it should not be having such adverse effects on his system like that.
Peace and good luck to you both,
Beki

You should read "The Blood Pressure Solution" (also available in electronic format, watch the video presentation here: http://www.fixbloodpressure.com ) It's a very comprehensive step-by-step book that walks you through the natural remedies of high blood pressure. It provides you with a lot of information on what foods to eat, how you can acquire and prepare these foods, how you can change your lifestyle for the better, how to eliminate the toxins from your body, how to reduce stress, how you can check your blood pressure level the correct way etc.
The book is amazing in that it not only lowers your blood pressure without the help of medications; it also aids you in having a life that is healthy, happier, and less stressful. This book chanced my life.

That sounds like a blood pressure problem. He really should see a doctor or go to the Emergency room if he still has the same symptoms. I would not wait. It can be dangerous.

It is not normal. Your brother needs to see a doctor NOW. I'm tempted to say he has trouble with dangerously high blood pressure, but there are other things that could be wrong too.

Could be a iron problem....i used to get those symptoms when dropping weight for competition. But really, I dont know him, his medical history, or even if thats all his symptoms. It could be a simple irritation or he could be in serious medical trouble. Get him to the doctor and get him examined!!!
