When I lean back with my arms out to stretch in the morning or after I've been in my car all day, my breastbone pops so loud, other people can hear it, and I can feel it. Sometimes it hurts. Is this a problem?

Hi all! I have tonsilitis (age 18, rugby build) and grabbed some penecillin from the docs today. Roughly any idea how long I have to wait before it takes effect?

Also - if I can be cheeky - is avoiding alcohol a definate? Ta!

Yes I know that song and i admit Im a hopless cause but I do need help as others have told me so what am i to do?

I have seriously painfull shoulders, neck and back, im almost broke, constant headakes maybe even brain damage, I make lame promices that always fail, I had been a game addict all my life, many missed oppotunities gone up in smoke. I dont smoke, drink, on medication or do drugs
Wasted my money/ provisions of £5000, am isolated at home in Stoke gabriel with my kind hardworking parents, am seriously unfit but not fat just stiff, living of a day a weeks work from my father £50, turn to reiki sessions for help.
And im suicidal, llost most if not all my trusted friends and overburdened with guilt of such a past and lastest problems, brother died when i was young.

Knowing all that how or who can help? Is there any any Prayers to help and how can i be saved and who can save me?

I have been working from home for a year now and my job involves me being sat at the computer for about 6 hours a day. I am 20 years old and i'm a size 8/10.

The other day i was in the shower and i noticed small red lines on my backside! Then i looked down and they were down the side of the upper part of my left leg except these were more of a purple colour.

I've never had anything like this before and i'm worried that these are perminent. I've left it 2 weeks and they havent budged. Does anybody know if me being sat down most of the time on the computer chair has caused this? and if these awful marks will go away?
Any help would be much appreciated xxx

How long does it take to recover from Pharyngitis and what are the symptoms?

I had this sort of burning/acid feeling in my throat. The doc told me it is Pharyngitis. It is abt 10 days already...

The link above is my question and quite a few answers. Some people say that a lot less people would get ill if everybody stopped smoking. Are you sure about this? Even just 20 years ago the number of smokers was very high as opposed to now, however the number of cancers and other diseases have increased significantly while the number of smokers have decreased significantly. Do you anti's really believe that if everybody stopped smoking tonight, then in 20 years' time the number of cancers etc. will really decrease so significantly?

I keep shaking. cause I'm cold? just shaking just because..it's weird. maybe I'm sick? but i don't know why. this is just happening out of nowhere? this has happened to me before too. it's hard to even sit up etc.

I think that there might be something more to it. I am an extremely jealous person and even though I tell myself that I wont freak out when my boyfriend goes out with friend, I still do. I blame him for cheating on me for absolutly no reason. I also get mood swings and my friends sometimes say "typical her, being happy one minute and then mad for no reason." I also sometimes get paranoid that someone is going to harm me or that someone is watching me even if I'm alone in my room. What are your thoughts? I am currently on meds and I do speak with a counselor

Recently I've been getting a weird pulsing/contracting(?) towards the middle to left side of my stomach. It's right under my ribs.It doesn't hurt but feels really weird.The only way I can describe it is as a pulsing.It just makes me a little worried it could be something serious.Can anyone please help? I've been taking pre-natal vitamins for about a month,I'm not pregnant,but my hair and skin,etc is dull,dry and brittle,so I thought I might need the extra vitamins,but It also mean's I've been taking 56mg of iron a day,and my question is,is that to much? If you overdose on Iron,isnt it right away,rather than weeks later? I'm thinking it's ok,because I havent been affected in any negative way,am I wrong to think this? Thanks:)

I heard that a surgeon should not be too old. Otherwise their hands will tremble. So even the older surgeons have extentive experience, they may not be the best choice.. So what age is the best for a surgeon? Thanks!

how does that work? do you need some sort of doctors note to get out of class? or can you just stay in your dorm? or do you have to sleep somewhere else? what happens? are you able to make up tests you miss? what if you have like the flu and are sick for a week?!

I am 23 and in decent shape. When I go out and drink with friends it is not uncommon for me to drink 15-20 beers with anywhere from 5-10 shots of hard liquor. I don't smoke except when I drink and usually have no problem smoking a whole pack in one night if I'm drinking hard. As expected, I wake up the next day feeling like **** and usually either drink some more or tough it out for the day while trying to rehydrate.

I go out and drink like this once or twice a week.

My question is, how bad is this really for my health? I mean I'm not drinking or smoking every single day so it can't be that bad, right? I still work out 3-4 times a week.

It basically feels like I have a cotton ball shoved down one ear - no, I don't physically feel anything fluffy. But my hearing abilities in that ear definitely feel a little muffled. And when I talk, my own voice sounds strange in my head, but I can hear most other sounds normally. And...I have a cold right now. So, is this just a cold symptom, or might I possibly have an ear infection? Thanks
