You could have a problem with the appendix or you could have a problem of constipation or gas pains in the colon. When was the last time you went to the bathroom... how much did you poop?? These are things to consider. But to be honest, if this has been going on for a while, go see a doctor. There are too many things that it could be... or it could be nothing. This is your health so please take care of yourself.

See a doctor right away! I don't mean to scare you, but when I had that discomfort it turned out to be appendicitis. Actually it was pretty bad stomach pain and three days later my appendix actually burst and I was hospitalized for two weeks.
I'm sure its probably an inflammation if it doesn't hurt real bad.

If on your lower right side mostly appendix, it happen to me but had it removed.
