Recently I have been having odd symptoms and I've checked WebMD and other sources but cannot pin it down to any one thing. I was wondering if someone might have a clue as to what it is by the following symptoms: Frequent burning in the stomach, heartburn, lower abdominal pain, almost chronic fatigue/borderline exhaustion, neck pains, minor headaches, an "out of it" sensation, slight to elevated nausea that comes and goes, weight loss, and sudden dizziness. Most of these symptoms have been come and go over the course of about two years and I've seen shrinks, doctors and have taken meds. But so far, zippo. No one thing seems to work and I'm really getting sick of not knowing what it may be or how to treat it. Does anyone else have symptoms like these and/or know what it is? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

It is reported that the NHS loses so many hundreds of millions of pounds a year due to non British people coming over here for treatment then running back to their own country without paying. I have the solution. Issue people with a card that you have to show if you become ill - if you do not have one then measures should be implemented to ensure that non British citizens pay up for their treatment. i don't think it is right that we treat non British citizens for free when they have not contributed to our economy!

I am a 34 year old female and I have 3 children. I am not one to get sick often and I don't take medicine unless it is absolutly necesary. I know that I am anemic but lately I have been feeling like I can't get out the bed, I don't sleep at night and when I do, I wake up pouring with sweat. My legs cramp all night and then in the daytime I am sleepy all day. I am exausted all the time. My shoulder has been bothering me too. I just feel like a limp noodle all the time. I cant afford to go to the doctor because I cane afford insurance but I want to know what the hell is wrong with me. I aso have been suffering with headaches.

It comes and goes, and it really feels like someone is just punching me over and over again. The pain starts from the middle of my stomach and radiates up and out to the sides. It gets worse when I eat. The pain is only in my stomach, not in my chest or anything. When it happens it's like one flash of pain, then stops for a second, then another flash of pain, then stops for a second. Do you have ANY ideas what this could be? Please help me! Thanks to all in advance!

This is only for an article I'm working on.
currently the government has gone to great lengths to ban trans fats from restaurants and from our diets. On the otherhand quite a few people are saying that it is our constitutional right to eat unhealthy food and give ourselves heart attacks. What do you think?
Should the government go this far as to banning trans fat or should they take another approach like warning labels.
I mean adults consuming trans fats. I understand the ban with children eating them.
Also i would like you opinion on what insurance compnaies should do about these people.
