Recently I have been having odd symptoms and I've checked WebMD and other sources but cannot pin it down to any one thing. I was wondering if someone might have a clue as to what it is by the following symptoms: Frequent burning in the stomach, heartburn, lower abdominal pain, almost chronic fatigue/borderline exhaustion, neck pains, minor headaches, an "out of it" sensation, slight to elevated nausea that comes and goes, weight loss, and sudden dizziness. Most of these symptoms have been come and go over the course of about two years and I've seen shrinks, doctors and have taken meds. But so far, zippo. No one thing seems to work and I'm really getting sick of not knowing what it may be or how to treat it. Does anyone else have symptoms like these and/or know what it is? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

I'm far from a doctor, but I have a few suggestions. The nausea is probably a result of the burning in your tummy. The rest of the symptoms sound more like chronic fatigue syndrome or maybe some stress-related disorder.

For the fatigue, try taking Ginseng. Don't worry, ginseng is not going to make you feel high or anything, but will help give you a mental boost and a little bit of extra energy.

I presume your doc checked for gastro-reflux?? If not, go back and ask them to.

Try changing your diet. Eat more healthy choices, eat smaller meals more often (4-5 small meals every 2-3 hours).

For your neck, try very slow, careful neck rolls, move your head gently to one side, then roll it back, the other side, and front. Do this every 20 minutes especially if you are watching TV or looking at the computer.

I know this may sound odd, but your feet are a map to the rest of your body. It's possible you have calcium deposits or other knots in your feet. A good long foot massage can help you too. You can find a foot chart to help you figure out where exactly to massage to ease your pain at the following link:

This can be related to stress. It seems like a stupid explanation, and it's not that the symptoms are in your head - they are real symptoms, but too general to pin down. Medical marijuana can help with most of these, if you are inclined to go that way. Also look up: IBS, fibromyalgia, MS (unlikely), GERD, etc. but you can drive yourself crazy on WebMD.

Well if you exclude the heartburn and burning in the stomach, it sounds like walking pnuemonia which i just got over. Go to a doctor so u can get a prescription, otherwise you will have it for 6 to 8 weeks.

You CAN NOT get a diagnosis on Yahoo answers. You need to go to a physician and have an examination and possibly tests done to get a CORRECT diagnosis of your medical condition. It could be any number of things from minor to somewhat serious requiring immediate attention. So, GO SEE YOU DOCTOR !!
