Most contacts usually will have something printed on the contact for you to look for so you can make sure you are puting them in right. Johnson and Johnson acuve have the numbers "123." So take your contact, hold it up to the light and look for the numbers. They are usually on the top rim part. You will know the contacts are the wrong way if you see the numbers going backwards. Good luck!!

They are curved to the shape of your eye. Believe me.....you WILL know if you get them in backwards. Hurts like heck and you won't be able to see anything. Just take it out and re-moisten it and put it in the right way. You'll get used to it.

Place the contact on your fingertip....it should look like a bowl or the shape of a moon.

if it doesnt look like this...then its inside out.

round = good.

oval = bad.

you want it to be more like a ball, if the edges round out like a valley, its inside out.
