I am a habitual smoker who has been clean for 22 days. I have to pass a urine test next week which will make me clean for 27 days. Should I invest in detox pills or am I safe???

Usually marijuana will stay in your system for about 3 to 4 weeks. I think it also depends on how much you have. 27 days should just be about the right amount of time. It really depends on the person so if you would feel more comfortable with detox pills, it's your choice.

An occasional smoker will pass the urine test in 4-5 days after smoking pot, but even a frequent user won't have to worry after about 8 days. Pot does stay longer in the system than a lot of other drugs, but 22 days, or more so 27, you have no problem passing the test with flying colors. Congratulations on the sobriety! Keep up the good work!

You should always play it safe. If you don't have a lot of body fat, you'll be okay. I'm a small chick, and I've smoked three days before a drug test and drunk gallons of water and popped about a thousand Mg of Niacin. There are hella cheaper workable remedies out there. That detox stuff is expensive. Try Sure-Jell. Its in the aisle where the Jelly and Jam is. Its nasty as all hell but it works. You have to put it in a bottle of water and chase it with a gallon of water about an hour and a half before you go test. But I think with the 27 days you should be alright. If you're feeling unsure, Start drinking nothing but water right now. Cranberry juice helps to. There are these Cranberry juice pills AZO makes...pop those and drink water. Stay away from Caffiene. for some reason it doesn't help you flush out your system...From one pothead to another....if you're going to do the detox route..make sure you keep you some in stock. You never know who is going to ask you to piss in a cup

3-4 weeks is about right. It does stay in your hair for a long time though. They don't normally test by that so you're lucky. I wouldn't worry about the detox pills waste of money. A good free way to clean out your system though is to drink a lot of water. Just to be on the safe side.

Single use in a non-smoker: urine is clean within 48-72 hours. Chronic, heavy user: urine can test positive for up to a month. Difference is due to the fact that THC and its metabolites (which the test actually detects, not THC) are fat soluble - a fraction of them from each ingestion get packed away in fat, and are slowly released as you turn that fat over (burn it for energy). A light user will not have much accumulated in their fat, and hence not much being continually released into their blood. A heavy user, however, will have a substantial amount stored away in fat and a steady stream trickling into their blood, which is then excreted in the urine.

Detox pills are a complete gimmick. You should be clean.

Usually it just takes like three days, Marijuana Stores in fat so if you burn that fat youre safe...and dont listen to the gy above...if it were 6 months than I would be in rehab right now.
