Hi people, when i feel cold (which i do all the time) my nails and lips turn to blue... and i often feel cold really easily.. my hands and feet are really cold most of the time.. sometimes i'm thinking that i am a living dead... what do you think it is? bad blood sirculation?

I am afraid to go to my doctor beause she may inject me or do cirumision on me.I am in a lot of pain and i dont know what to do.My grandmother is keen on getting my cir done but i dont want them to enash on this oppurtunity.I am not able to move and i am lying in one place wid my legs wide open.I am not able to sleep since i last heard the conversation of my elders saying that the cirumiser is all for tommorow and my date for this operation is 4 days from today but i dont want them to cut my clottoristhe pimple already hurts alot.I am scared kindly share your circumcision experienes with me and sujjest a way to get out of this mess please!

is there meant to be any permanant belly button lint in ur belly button coz ive had some for ages i noticed like a year or so ago and it doesnt come out. is a bit meant to be there all the time to plug ur belly up so ur guts dont fall out or someting?????? its like as big as this ( )

Does pressing or massaging or rubbing ur tummy help the pain when you have a stomachache? If not why is it that so many people still do that? Or is it just to show others that your stomach is aching and maybe get some sympathy or advice?

Yesterday I went into one of my screaming shouting crying crazy PMT rages and I punched myself in the hand repeatedly as hard as I could (imagining it was someone from my childhood's face). Completely out of control, I wasn't fully aware of what I was doing because I was caught up in the anger, the only thing that stopped the anger was getting drunk enough to go to sleep.

When I woke up this morning I couldn't move my thumb and my hand is purple.

What happens if I flip into one of those rages when other people are around? Would I attack them? I was on my own this time luckily. I've never hit anyone in my life and I really don't ever want that to happen.

I'm really scaring myself with how angry I'm getting.
What to do?

how come if I take a nap in the day I can sleep on time but if I take a nap really later its impossible for me to? I would think sleep is sleep no matter what time but I guess not

I started to get a sore throat on Saturday, it turned into a cold and now today my voice keeps disapperaing and it's gone all croaky.. I have had a bit of a caugh today which isnt helping my throat either.

I've been sucking lozenges for most of the dauy and they havent helped at all.

It's really annoying and upsetting me and I can't spare anytime off work right now to rest my throat.

My friend has had to have both weak and strong antibiotics for a month now due to an abscess on her leg which has been removed. She spoke to a Polish colleague at work and he said in their country if you have strong antibiotics there is a risk of you becoming infertile. Is this true? If so why was she not informed by her GP or the hospital?

My husband falls asleep in seconds, but I can't sleep. When I go to my parents house, I fall asleep pretty fast. It's almost like I don't feel safe at my own house. I dont' get it.

I've been burping a lot lately, sometimes 8 in like 15 mins. I don't drink a lot of soda, actually only like once every 2 weeks or so. Even when i drink water I start getting all burpy afterwards. I never could burp when i was younger and just recently (junior in college) began to burp and know what a burp is. Am i eating something that is causing it? or am i drinking wrong? what is causing me to burp sooooooooooo much lately after anything I eat or drink.
