Probably a week or two. After that, it could be you eyes changed *again*! Or the glasses are two narrow for your face and the side pieces are pushing in on your temples. Or the nose piece is hurting your nose.
You can usually go back to the eye-doctor place and have them recheck all that. They may charge you nothing for it - especially if they found that they blundered.
If you are trying out those kind of glasses where one side gives you near vision (for TV and books) and the other side gives you far vision (for driving and reading street and store signs), you may not get used to them even after a month. Then it is time to give it up and go with bifocals.....(sigh)

just relax & dont look quickly on different things w/ just a second interval. learn to look straight forward and slowly. avoid looking up and down. if hours passed & u seem to feel dizzy, take off the glass & relax ur eyes. in a day or two, ull be ok.
*since u did not specify if u got the glasses in an optical & had eye-checked, one reason could be the grade of that glasses doesnt match ur eyes vision. so u may need to check it out.

Headache is a pain in the head, scalp or neck. Headaches can be
caused by minor problems like eyestrain, lack of coffee or more
serious reasons like head injury, brain tumors, encephalitis and
meningitis. Taking painkillers continuously can have harmful side
effects, so it is better to modify your lifestyle. More information
