Hi people, when i feel cold (which i do all the time) my nails and lips turn to blue... and i often feel cold really easily.. my hands and feet are really cold most of the time.. sometimes i'm thinking that i am a living dead... what do you think it is? bad blood sirculation?

I smoke half a package of cigarettes a day.. I also have trouble to climb hills and steps.. i go breathles and my cheast burns terribly.. i will go and see a doctor as soon as possible but i work everyday and havent got much time..

I got it checked a while ago, I havent got high blood preasure.. it's normal and i am not diabetic... only thing me getting cold easily and my lips and nails turn blue that's all.. and also can't climb hills or steps.. i am 26 not 60 by the way

Anytime the nail bed is blue it is a sign of heart trouble, please get this checked out.

Sounds like circulation problems. Your body is redirecting the blood flow to areas that need it more.

It should be heriditary or just like you said it's bad blood circulation.But I wonder why is only happening when you feel could.
