I took my 11 yr old daughter to a neurologist for the first time today and he made her take all her clothes off and check all over her body including looking in underwear and lifting bra, and looking between butt checks. Is this nornal or should I be suspiceous?

wow, hold on, a neurologist did that? you should report this to the hospital authority a.s.a.p., find out what they say, and if necessary file an report to the cops.
What problems is your kid having? I dont think it is necessary to look "that deep" for a neurologist.

Find the state board in your state and ask your question of them. It doesn't sound likely an exam to me but I am not a doctor. Ask her pediatrician if such an exam should be necessary.
We do have nerves all over and through our bodies.

What was the probelm for which she was referred to him? Discuss with your primary health care physician the issue.
