I'm sick at home. I have the flu and my skin is puffy and I have a horrible cough! Including a snotty nose. You can already gusse that I didn't go to school. My mom is giving me school work and she is bacicly killing me. What should I say to her?

As a vocalist, I am concernced with color, tone, quality, etc. I was just wondering if losing a significant amount of weight will significantly change my sound. Maybe this question has an obvious answer...but I am just looking for opinions or personal experiences. Thanks.

I have been sick with a sore throat for a couple days now and I cant sleep! Its so annoying because the only thing that helps my throat is sucking on losenges, but Im too scared to fall asleep with one in my mouth cause I keep thinking I will choke on it. I took a couple benadryl a few hours ago cause that usually knocks me out, but its not working. Its like my body is really tired but it wont sleep because of the pain! What can I do to help me fall asleep??

Oh my god! I can't stand this anymore! Today the very back of the roof of my mouth has been REALLY sore, and I think there's a lump back there, too. I've been trying to sleep since 12:00 and it's nearly 4:30, but I just can't; this freaking thing hurts too much!!!! CAN SOMEBODY PLEASE TELL ME IF THEY HAVE AN IDEA OF WHAT IT IS, AND IF YOU KNOW HOW TO TREAT IT, THAT WOULD BE GREAT. I have tried acetaminophen, a lozenge with benzocaine & menthol, and I even tried Colgate Orabase to try and numb it, but nothing has worked! Please help, I feel like ****! ;_;

I usually get headaches after a stressful day... especially the first day of a job or internship or any new activity. Is this common? What can I do to minimize the pain so I can be productive for the rest of the day?

As soon as I get home or sometimes as I'm driving, I get a headache. And the only thing that seems to help is sleeping the day off. Any over the counter meds that work on this type of headache? Quickly??

in the upper left side of my back just below my shoulder blades where my ribs start. It hurts when I breath in and has been hurting since yesterday morning. I do have asthma but I don't think that has anything to do with it. I've tried stretching and poping my back but I think its my ribs. Can someone tell me what is wrong with me please??

I was wondering if smoking Gudam Garams is worse than your average Malboro (regular).
Gudam Garams are the ones with clove in them, Indonesian in origin.

Also is it safer than smoking an ordinary ciggi?

I've had the flu since last tuesday and now my ear is kind of blocked. I can't hear much of out of it. Like when I put my MP3 player on, I can hear more sound in my other ear. I have been using ear drops but since they didn't work, I stopped. Is this normal, do you think i will feel the relief of it opening? I'm going back to school tomorrow and I can't cope with this!!

My friend has a problem on his right ear because everytime he has cold, liquid discharges from his ear. Is his eardrum damaged? Is there a tiny hole in it that liquid from his nostril goes out to his outer ear? Please help.

i am a guy, i have tried right guard old spice and sure anti persprant/deoderants, and I still sweat alot, its worse when im talking to people but even in the car on my own i feel water droplets of sweat under my arm is there a good anti perprant deoderant that will will work for me.

For the pass 2 days now, I've been having these weird stomach pains. The pains would specifically on the left lower side of my stomach. I thought at first it could be that time of the month coming..but it's too early. Plus the pain was a nawing burning feeling. Then... lately when I eat inbetween finishing my meal my stomach would go crazy. I didnt think this was nothing to go big on..but can someone help me on telling me what this could be? Thanks!!!

(She can normally handle 6 shots) I wasn't there but i heard she kept getting very confused and kept vommitiming. No one took hurt to the hospital because she was underage for drinking. I guess when the people there told her they were going to take her to the hospital she kept saying she didn't want her mother to find out. Could that have been acochol poisoning?
