in the upper left side of my back just below my shoulder blades where my ribs start. It hurts when I breath in and has been hurting since yesterday morning. I do have asthma but I don't think that has anything to do with it. I've tried stretching and poping my back but I think its my ribs. Can someone tell me what is wrong with me please??

You have a kidney infection. Go to a clinic and get treated.

Well my second guess is pleuricy. Beleive it or not pain in the back apon inspiration is a sign of a kidney infection, It's seen more in a clinical setting and less academic. Let me know either way. Hope you feel better.

See your Dr...that is your best bet. It could have to do with your asthma since the place you described is right where the lungs are.

I get this sometimes. It's probably a stitch. It usually goes away before too long.
