had ears syringed now more deep pressure and discomfort than before any idea why?

Maybe the impacted wax has been pushed further in.

You can get it syringed by a doctor, but for 3-4 days before drop olive oil into the affected ear to soften the wax before going to get it syringed again.

Or go to a doctor now and see if they can vacuum the ear out (or check it at the very least). That might be better.

I would have to say that when they used the syringe, the fluid just pushed the ear wax further in, packing it. You may need to soften that wax up and reflush.
