Oh my god! I can't stand this anymore! Today the very back of the roof of my mouth has been REALLY sore, and I think there's a lump back there, too. I've been trying to sleep since 12:00 and it's nearly 4:30, but I just can't; this freaking thing hurts too much!!!! CAN SOMEBODY PLEASE TELL ME IF THEY HAVE AN IDEA OF WHAT IT IS, AND IF YOU KNOW HOW TO TREAT IT, THAT WOULD BE GREAT. I have tried acetaminophen, a lozenge with benzocaine & menthol, and I even tried Colgate Orabase to try and numb it, but nothing has worked! Please help, I feel like ****! ;_;

By the way, I'm not sure if this has much to do with it, but I vomitted the other day due to hyperglycemia, and it made my throat seem to get really tight... But it was okay after that for the rest of the night, and I woke up today with it really sore...
