i have been having rpoblem sleeping for a long time now. I get up at about 6.40 in the morning and head off to work about 7.30ish. I've never experienced/been stress, even in the harshest (academic and work) conditions. I go to bed about 11.30 at night but still have problems sleeping, i close my eye but can't seem to fall asleep till about 1, and then HATE waking up. Even if i go to bed at 10 i still can't fall asleep!!
Everytime i have about 3 days holiday, i revert back to sleeping till late in the afternoon and going to bed at about 4 or 5 in the morning. Am i natural night bird?
What can i do to fall asleep QUICKLY and EARLY? I've tried over the counter sleeping pills but they don't do f u k all...please help with herbal remedies, techniques or anything else over the counter stuff that has proven to work...
