I try to be in bed for 10.00 as I am usually up at 6.00 to get ready for work. I need 8 hour's sleep!

go to bed at 11.30 - 12 , and normally get up twice in the night for a drink and get up at 6 in morning and go to work just before 7. about 5 hours a night if im lucky

I try to get 8 hours. I can feel ok with 6.
I go to bed at random times because I am a student and start uni at different times each day or dont go at all.

hi, i dont seem to need much sleep, i have noticed if i go to bed at 10oclock and wake up at 7am i feel like rubbish, but if i got to bed between 12-2am and get up for 7am im great, wierd.
so answer is i only need about 5-6 hours

Well....its different everyday but i try not to stay after 2 ....i need 6 - 8 hours....but in holidays and weekends i sleep more....:) but you get enough sleep ....if you sleep more hours you will feel more lazy...:)SLeep well

8 hours min plus naps in the daytime since I got pregnant. Spend most my life asleep...quite sad really!
