Should I wear my contact lenses to my eye appointment in 2 hours or take them out and wear my glasses?

My eye doctor usually wants to initially see me with my contacts in and then has me take them out to look afterwards. So if I were you I would just wear contacts to the appointment.

Wear what you normally wear during the day. For me, that's contacts. The doctor might want you to take out the contacts to make sure the glasses work too though, so bring a contact case and your glasses just in case.

Wear what you normally wear each day. The Dr. will be able to better evaluate your eyes. You might take the other along with you to the appointment though (glasses/contacts) - the one you don't wear.

Call and ask your doctor. If you or the the doctor knows the brand, the prescription, and the other parameters and they are clean then it is very helpful you wear your contacts to your appointment. If you do not know the parameters, then it is often of little value to the doctor and it is simply easier for him or her to place a trial contact lens in your eye to verify the fit and prescription. wear your contacts but don't take any solution and when the doctor wants you to take them out, maybe you'll score a case and some solution. Take your glasses as well!

it is better to wear the lenses as you wear daily without change in the routine.Your doctor will be able to examine you better in your cls and it will really help in polishing his interpretations

I think you should wear whatever relaxes your eyes that way you doctor can see how your eyes are at their best!!
