I have been checked by doctors I seem to not really have heath issues.I had the flu for about three weeks but seem to be over it now.I have good days and bad days and go to bed about 5am and then wake about ten..lately.. I get up and am feeling ok.I eat breakfast about 10 or 11 .. and then I seem to feel ok for awhile and then in the afternoons i don't seem to feel well..I get a little weak and general feeling of being ill and a little just shakey. This seems to be happening more and more around three in the evening. When this happens I try to lie around for a bit and sometimes start feeling better.Today I start having lots of gas and felt as though I couldn't breathe..I suppose it was just gas and making me feel as though I couldn't breath and so i got a little worried and suppose anxiety made me weak and shakey.Or maybe its just not enough sleep and I have a cold.My throat is sore and ears stopped up..Could I just be suffering anxiety according to my minor cold or is it just Imagined?

I almost sounds like a little bit of both. Since you had the flu for a long time then u are probably getting after symptoms, and as far as the anxiety goes, you need to sleep a lot more. Go to sleep at 9ish, and try not to wake up until 9 the next day. Sleep and water are the best medicine for anything, just make sure you stay in bed, and drink a lot of water and/or tea. As far as food goes, just stay with light food that will keep you satisfied. Go towards bananas, because the potassium is really good for you, and keep away from salads or anything like that. Try your best to not take any medicine, except the occasional sudafed if your nose is really stuffed up. Good Luck, and Get Better Soon.

Anxiety can trigger all sorts of responses from people, so I wouldn't completely rule that out. However, I believe your problem may be more viral-related. You are weak, fatigued, have had flu-like symptoms, and a sore throat. You need to get tested for "mono". It's a simple blood test like a glucose check. If this doesn't explain your symptoms, then you may look into getting on a medication that will take the edge off of your anxiety. Such as: Paxil, Buspar, Celexa, etc. Go see a doctor and let them figure out what's going on with you. Hope this helps.

I have read some litterature about panic attacks. But they allways seem to have a more scientific approach and that is nothing I need in my struggle to survive those horrible panic attacks. This is a "hand on" and very practical book. I felt it was written to me. I am sure that you are going to feel the same.

Joe Barry writes exactly how I think. The examples are perfectly described. And the method is genius. I recommend this book and thanks Joe Barry for writing it. It changes your life
