HELLO I HAVE A QUESTION, AFTER ALMOST BEING HIT BY A TRUCK BECAUSE OF RUNNING A STOP LIGHT,WHEN I FIRST STARTED DRIVING, I HAVE BECOME SO SCARED OF DRIVING BUT I HAVE TO MAKE MYSELF DRIVE AGAIN I AM THINKING OF GETTING SOME SORT OF BLIND SPOT MIRROR FOR MY SAFETY WHAT TIPS DO YOU GUYS HAVE FOR ME TO OVERCOME THIS DRIVING PHOBIA ESPECIALLY SINCE I HAVE 2 KIDS AND MY HUSBAND DOES ALL THE DRIVING, ANDI WANT TO HELP HIM OUT.

I have drank heavily (about 1/2 gallon of whiskey per 3 days) everyday for about 12 years. I want to quit, but am scared of the withdraw. My husband does not want me to check myself into a rehab. So I was wondering if anyone knows if marijuana will help ease the transition to sober? or any other advise for doing this by myself?

I'm a flat broke college kid, honestly, and my diet leaves alot to be desired. Alot of pasta and potatoes. I'm taking a multi-vitamin and calcium and vitamin C suppluments, but I still get sick alot. Does anyone have any suggestions for what else I should be taking?

Hello all I have worn glasses form the age of 5. Now a days I mainly ware monthly contact lenses but they can be a pain is ***. I have been thinking about my eyes corrected with laser treatment. Is it a good idea or is it not all its cracked-up to be?

I'm 22 years old and I've been experiencing leg cramps pretty often this past few months. It's only happened while I'm sleeping, when I stretch my legs. Sometimes I can actually feel it coming. I was wondering if anyone might know the cause of it. I drink at least 3beer 5x a wk, can that be the problem?

I would like to become a nurse because ever since i was a little girl i have grown up around the medical feild. My mother is a LPN and has been a nurse for over twenty years, that inspires me to become a nurse because i see that she really cares about her job and the people. Being a nurse is alot more than money to me, its caring for the patients and being able to spend some one on one time with them to show them that i really care about there health. Getting into Knoedler really means alot to me because after this i would like to further my education and become a Hospice Nurse and help people that don't think they can be helped. I also want to be a nurse because i know that i have the sensitivity to deal with the sick and the patients to deal with them also.

I've heard that glasses only act as band-aids and don't actually help to better your eyesight.

Anything simple such as turning down the contrast on your computer screen and etc..

Hi. I've had sort the tummy bug (no fever) with mostly vomiting for a couple of days. Tomorrow, I have a 12 hour flight that I need to take (not negotiable). I'll see my own doctor once I return home, but can anyone suggest a medicine that I can get at the pharmacy or home remedy that's a little more effective than pepto? Many thanks!

I heard somewhere that taking antibiotics can weaken your imune system.. Is that true? I have to take antibiotics for a tooth/gum infection and I was wondering if they are going to weaken my imune system, or is it if you take them too much.. I also heard that antibiotics can lead to a thing called candida.. a yeast overgrowth, any information on this question would be great. Thanks.
