What kind of bleeding is it? It really shouldn't bleed but since it is an open wound for several weeks bleeding can occur. Mine never did. But if its dripping blood, its a problem. If you just notice there's blood kind of coming from the area, then it's most likely fine. Either way I think you should get it checked out by your piercer. Better to be safe than sorry.

Yes, its okay. Mine bled for about three days. I would wake up with a blood stained tongue and blood clots wrapped around my tongue ring. Its really disgusting but it will go away, just make sure to rinse your mouth after you eat with either diluted salt water, or diluted listerine which I was told to do.
Also sleep with your head elivated by using a couple of pillows which will also help with the bleeding and the swelling. Don't eat salty foods or spicy foods which can make it worse, they say no dairy but I lived on yogurt for a few days, along with ice chips. One more thing, don't drink any alcoholic beverages, it thins the blood which will make it bleed more.
In a couple days you should be good to go, it took mine about a week and a half to finally heal completely, and I've been happily tongue pierced for 4 years now. Good luck and enjoy!

NO! Bleeding is never a good thing. I have had several piercings and not one of them has bled. You need to have that checked out now.

when i had mine done it was sore for about a week with small blleeding here and there just try and eat liquid food for a week or so so you don't catch the stud or get food lodged in the piercing!!!! also i found rinsing my mouth with salt water helps with swelling and reduces the risk of any infection
