If you dab rubbing alcohol on them, you will not have any more problems with them. It burns like crazy, but the one time discomfort is well worth the results.

Depending upon size, severity of pain and if you have any discharge (puss/blood) you can at the minimal get some witch hazel pad to wipe the affected area and anesthetize it. Then get Preparation-H tube, using a cotton bud to apply. May need to apply it 4-5 times a day. Since you are sitting at work, it would be also prudent to avoid drinking Coffee. Avoid any food that causes constipation and take fiber pills (Metamucil). For severe types, you must go see a doctor, they may prescribe an ointment that needs to be applied internally and externally, that will have a mix of a lidocaine or similar to numb the pain and apply the paste to reduce (dry) out the outgrowth. Sit in a tub of hot water. As hot as you can stand it. Spread your cheeks and soak. Your hemorrhoids will shrink before you know it. Pain Gone!

Preparation H is the best for the roids. After that eat more fiber and try not to sit on cold hard places. you will be fine afterwards...

n if they r hanging out of ur posterior u need help frm doc cause they need to be reposited back in n adequate treatment is to be given
