About 2 years ago something fell out my left ear while i was sitting, it was maybe 2-3 cm wide and was shaped like a circle.
I really didnt pay attention but now I noticed that while cleaning my ears I can put the cleaning thing further in my left ear.
I checked wikipedia and the first thing in the ear is the eardrum, and I wonder is that possible that I somehow lost it? And no, I can hear just fine with both ears.

The rda for magnesium is 400mg, but if you have a deficiency I am assuming you would take more. I haven't had any luck on google with this question. I would appreciate any professional advice or a good link that deals with dosage for deficiency.

How can 2 MD's, equal quals and experience, disagree on the value of Human Growth Hormone Therapy? Is it a question of lack of training, lack of post graduate study/reading? Lack of personal exposure? How can an ordinary individual make a determination about who is right and who is wrong (in this managed care environment and patient empowerment) , and how can an individual, who simply asks a physician, find himself subject to ridicule or even threat of discontinuation of care, and have to witness derogatory comments about so-called colleagues? And, how can some MD's deny the results of HGH even when "subjected" to documentation of positive results. And, finally, how can 1 or more MD's take the risk of a patients life when there is no personal evidence but rumour based on "coffee clatch conversation" , or legitimate papers of any negative side effects?

I am in quite a mess. I always thought I would be against abortions but now I believe I am pregnant. (I want to decide what to do before I know for sure that I am pregnant.) I have 3 children and am currently divorced. (I'm in my mid 30s and do support my children.) Yes, I slept with a man I am seeing (we often talk about the future and how we will have our families together - he has 2 children.) I love this man dearly and under other circumstances, would not even consider abortion.
Here's my main problem. I have a medical condition which I am in a drug study for. I have to take birth control because they don't know about the side effects of this drug on a fetus. I was taking birth control up until a few days ago - I don't know if the drug counter-reacts but this medicine is what is keeping me from being sick and possibly having surgery. If I go through with the pregnancy, I won't be able to take the meds any longer and the pregnancy could make me sick. What should I do?

I've started taking prozac i've been given by my doctor a couple of days ago- but have heard bad stuff about it and am worried it will be hard to get off or change my personality. I feel fine most of the time but sometimes I do get really down and hurt myself/cry for hours. Should i be taking this - or am i setting myself up for lots of problems later?

My daughter was under a shop awning in a violent lightning storm. She was talking to me on her mobile. The connection was cut and when i rang a few seconds later she seemed strange? She said her heart was racing and she felt like she had been shot. A neighbour drove her home. She said she felt weird and her hands and feet were tingling and her feet were itchy. Her ears were ringing and her whole body, especially her back, was aching. Heres the freaky bit... her vision had always been bad in one eye. This had been explained by ophthamologists as either damage cause by her rapid birth or the effects of FAS. However, she said everything looked different inside her house. She said the furniture appears 'brighter and bigger'... and when she put her glasses on they made her vision blurry. Anyone got any ideas as i cannot find anything re: this on the internet. And should she be checked over by a doctor? She is a nurse and said no way will she go to a Dr as she said she feels great! Thanks.
