Anxiety and depression is a mother of many diseases and disorders. I myself experience vomiting during high levels of anxiety frequently. For one thing if anxiety can't be controlled and attacked in its root, consider restraining your stomach acid production via diet or a safe medication. i found out reducing intake of certain foods like pasta sauce, pizza reduces chances of vomiting during panic and anxiety attacks that may occur in and around your eating times. During these periods i cant eat for a very long time but if i do, i choose fruits and vegetables, and non-fried foods. In contradistinction to that, I have thrown up many times on empty stomach. so you are not alone. This condition as you described is often linked with other problems and emotional disorders casued by depression.

Well yes anxiety can make you feel sick and make you want to vomit. At the same time some pain killers can make you fell that way. Maybe you need to see someone about your anxiety and see if you feel any better. Find someone to talk to about your worried mood a problem shared is a problem halved.

Taking pain killers can mess up your stomach. Anxiety can also make you feel sick.

having dealt with depression and anxiety disorder for most of my life, i would say the feeling of needing to vomit is probably being caused by a combination of both anxiety and the painkillers. did you have the anxiety and nausea before taking the painkillers or did it start once you went on the painkillers.
when my anxiety level is high, i can't even think about eating. the smell of food makes me nauseous, with a feeling that at any time i'm going to spontaneously vomit.
my suggestion would be to talk with your pharmacist or doctor.
there are medications that can help control anxiety and your doctor should have you on one of them. you don't have to fight the battle with anxiety alone. there is help available. see as many doctors as you need to until someone offers you medicinal assistance.
living with chronic anxiety makes for a horrible existence. it can cripple you and bring you to your knees. don't allow yourself to be forced to endure this pain any longer. see a professional ASAP.
Best of luck!
