Pretty much any exfolliant will remove the dead skin layer. Under normal conditions, your skin is self exfolliating but sometimes a little help will give you somewhat of a glow.
If your skin is delicate or sensitive, use caution with scrubs. Normal skin could use a scrubs once or twice a week.
You can make your own by adding sugar, brown or white, to your face cleanser. It works just as well.

I use St. Ives Apricot Face Scrub every day. People are constantly commenting that my skin looks great. It also feels good to scrub your face and feel how smooth it is after using it.
