i think it really depends on the person. 98.6 is the average operating temp. But it's not the same for everyone. My normal operating temp is about 97.5. So if my temp gets to 99 I have a fever. They consider anything above 99 a temp, or running a fever. If you run a temp of 103 or higher, get yourself to a doctor. Especially on young ones.

over 99 degrees but some people's bodies are different so it depends for everyone you have to know what ur normal body temperature is and if your temperature is higher then that u have a fever

However, 100 degrees is enough of an abnormality to be concerned.

I'd start worrying at anything over a hundred. I personally run a little over 99.
