I shower daily, use antiperspirant/deodorant (I have tried literally every kind on the market), and I still smell. I smell ten minutes after a shower. What should I do?

Ok, I know what the label says, and I know it is not good to take this much, but I have the most HORRENDOUS, AWFUL toothache you could ever imagine, I have to go to the dentist in 2 weeks to have my impacted wisdom teeth removed. They hurt like a female dog. I am almost in tears they hurt so badly. SOOO, I took 3 midols and I am sipping a margarita. I know it is bad for your stomach and liver, but it won't like, put me into a coma will it? lol, sorry this is probably the most pathetic question ever!! :)

If you can get reading specs in a chemists why not the other kind? What's the difference? I think they should be available too and it's just a money thing with the opticians.

I've smoked about ten to twenty packs in the last seven years, but I never feel any compunction to light up. Sometimes I use them as diet aids, and I occasionally smoke one or two a week when I'm with friends, but I never feel like I have to do it.

Am I immune, or just delusional? :D

When I was younger, I was prescribed Prozac for depression. At my peak, I was taking about 30-50mg a day. After a few months or so, I started smoking marijuana recreationally. I enjoyed the sensation I got from smoking it.

Eventually, I overcame my depression, and stopped taking Prozac. I only smoked marijuana once more after that, because it affected me differently. It made me obsessively and dangerously paranoid - enough to the point that I would scare myself to tears, and was unable to enjoy my high.

Could it have (coincidentally) been a bad batch?
Was it that the Prozac made it so I could enjoy a high?
Could my sudden abandonment of Prozac have made it so that marijuana affected me differently while my body was still putting all of my natural chemicals back in balance?

Was it something else?

My friends and I have this argument often. The best one so far has been "drowning in a pool of diarrhea". Thoughts?

I know for a fact that in order for the human body to fall asleep, the body temperature has to fall (slightly, I think)! My question is then how come do we feel sleepy when you have a fever and your body temperature is above normal? How can the body fall asleep in this condition? And also, how can cooling down significantly (like splashing your face with cold water, taking a cold shower, or standing outside in the middle of the night) make you feel awake and repel sleep?

I am having a problem with the D.O.N (Director of Nursing) where I am working. She has harassed me multiple times, and i need to report her, but I've went through the chain of command and nothing has been done (a possible reason may be because shes the administrator's daughter). Does anyone have any other ideas as to what I can do? Any advice is appreciated.

I had stomach surgery after a car accident and was left with a scar down my abdoman. I am having the scar removed by a very respected plastic surgeon who said he can greatly improve the look of the scar.
Has anybody had plastic surgery to remove a scar or know of anybody that has.
What should I expect? I know what the doctor says but I was looking for some "real person" experience.
Thank you!

The National insurance scheme would barely cost the cost of a major illness no matter how long you have paid into it and yet we expect the best service and best treatment to be there.
The NHS is undoubtedly struggling, would it be better to introduce health insurance schemes which would cover long term illnesses while immediate and life threatening trips to a and e would remain free.
