I am having a problem with the D.O.N (Director of Nursing) where I am working. She has harassed me multiple times, and i need to report her, but I've went through the chain of command and nothing has been done (a possible reason may be because shes the administrator's daughter). Does anyone have any other ideas as to what I can do? Any advice is appreciated.

Whatever you decide to do, know this: Look for another job.
You could call your grievance hot line at your job. Every nursing facility is assigned a person that handles this sort of thing. It is confidential too so you will remain anonymous.
You could call the corporate office and find out who oversees the facility where you work and talk to that person.
You could call the state and complain to the board of nursing.
Meanwhile, like I said, start looking for another job.
If this nurse really is out to get you, she could set you up big time to lose your nursing license. If you're going to report her out of anger then you better make sure you CYA 50 times over.
If you aren't experienced enough to do that, then resign and find another job.
Another thing, don't mention anything about this 'personality conflict' to anyone. Nurses, especially the female ones, talk talk talk.
Good luck

Are other people having problems with her or just you? If multiple people complain they will usually look into it. If you are the only one then they"ll think the problem is you and not the director. Ask co-workers and see if they notice her treating you differently.

If you are having a personality conflict rather than real harassment, then you need to find a job elsewhere. It will look better on a resume to take another job rather than get fired.

It has been my experience that if you try to go over your supervisor's head you end up having real problems. So,you either need to just deal with it or quit. Personally,I would quit. too many other good jobs out there
