I just did and for the first time ever actually FEEL SLEEPY!! Insomnia has been a struggle for a very, very long time, and I usually go on 5 hours sleep for several days/few weeks in a row until my body is spent, then crash really early one night to try to make up for it.
I took some melatonin tonight at 8, even though I've tried every sleeping pill known to pharmacists.....and this actually works! Have you had similar results?! Will it work like this every time I take it, or does your body get used to it? ANYWAY, good night!!! (i'm so happy!)
