i am not really on my feet alot but they seem to constantly throb all the time. i could stand on them for 2 hours and it feels as if i have been on them all day.

Poor posture, weight, fallen arches, there are a number of reasons why this could be true. Try getting some custom inserts to see if that helps.

A lot of things can cause your feet to hurt. Your feet may hurt because you stand too much or your just on you feet too much. Another thing is that you have something wrong with your feet, like my mom and brother. They have to have shoe installations. Oh one more thing your shoes can make your feet hurt, so try a different pair.

That's your problem you aren't on your feet enough so they are not strong. Try standing up straight and lift yourself up on the balls of your feet and then lower and lean back on your heels do that exercise throughout the day to help strenghten your feet yoga is good as well!

it could be that your feet aren't getting the right support. check into orthodics. a lot of problems can come from your feet not being taken care of.
