Hundreds of horrible toxins in the air that you are breathing anf without a filter because you are the filter. Uh, yea, pretty bad for you. But it does not stop there. You know when you leave where the smoker was and go talk to someone else later that day and you are still in those clothes, you are harming them because you are no offgassing to them.
