I have (I guess) IBS (Irritable Bowel Syndrome) but the strange thing about it is that it exhibits its symptoms mostly on workdays (I get diahrreah and heatburn regularly on workdays). The condition is much less of a problem on weekends, holidays and vacation. Anyone else out there have this strange problem and if so, do you have a solution?

i was talking to someone and they were trying to tell me that you can smoke or have pocession of cigerettes in Indiana at the age of 16, you just cant buy them, till 18. that didnt make any since and i couldnt find any info online. so could someone please tell me what the pocession age of tobacco is!!

I have a split nail on my left middle finger. It grows normally but once it reaches finger tip it begins to split in the centre and therefor grows with a split in the middle. Can anyone supply me with a solution as to make the nail knit and not split.

This may be kind of a weird question but I'm going to the dentist today and was wondering about shaking hands. They need to keep sterile hands so are there any rules about shaking hands with docotors or dentists or veterinarians or health care workers in general? I have gallstones; haven't once had what I think is an attack. Instead I've been bloated for 4 months straight, generally just feeling sick and gross. I dont eat meat or dairy, and very little fried foods. Once I had what I thought might be an attack; it felt like someone kicked me as hard as they could in the right upper back but it A) came 5 hours after a meal of oatmeal, B) hurt really bad but not as bad as I thought an attack would feel, and C) continues to ache dully about a week later (today.) Maybe this was a stone getting stuck in a duct? A stuck stone getting more stuck? I am scheduled for an ERCP in two days, maybe this will clear things up. Anyone know from experience what might be going on here?

I feel these days no one can say they didn't know that for example, heroin is addictive. When you take drugs you know the likely result. That's fair enough, it's your body, your life. It's up to you how you kill yourself. But why is society expected to carry the can? How many people's lives are ruined, not just the drug takers, but their families, and the people who get burgled or attacked to fund addiction. However small the amount you take, you are helping fund major crime. The addict is 100% guilty.
