But seriously, unless it is a big problem like lots of fast blinking or impairing your eye sight, then don't worry
If you blink a lot, it could be petit mal seizures and could be something much worse.

I just read this in psychology. Its stress that causes twitches in the eyes, hands, and back. Ever feel like your back is twitching or itching... its just nerves and stress. Try to breathe deeply, relax and focus on something soothing. Your eye will stop twitching in no time.

stress probably. maybe lack of sleep. i've had it happen before and it drives me nuts. On the show "My Name is Earl" ...Earl had an eye twitch throughout the show. Funny stuff.

I had a same problem then realized my eye cite has changed went to the doctor and got the right contacts that i needed. It doesn't do it any more.

sometimes it can be a headache, that instead of hurt it makes your eye twitch.
