I have a weird pain in my right side that goes all the way down my right leg. Could this be appendicitis or something else? Anybody have something similar?

Shooting pains down your leg *sometimes* means sciatica (a pinched nerve)

Symptoms of appendicitis may include:

pain in the abdomen, first around the belly button, then moving to the lower right area
loss of appetite
nausea
vomiting
constipation or diarrhea
inability to pass gas
low fever that begins after other symptoms
abdominal swelling

I don't think there should be pain down your leg. For me, appendicitis felt like menstrual cramps that wouldn't go away, mainly on the right side of my belly.

If you have you will know, you won't be questioning it. I had mine removed four years ago. Usually it is a sharp pain on your right side, by your hip bone. Then fallowed by vomitting. You probably won't even be able to walk. See your doctor ASAP. If it leaks it will poison your body! They will have to do surgery to remove it. Hope you are okay!
