shouldnt make a difference, i usually jump in the shower after ive done what i need doing on the computer and so far nothing has happened to me.

Uhhh, why would it be a problem to wash your face after. Washing your face has nothing to do with what you have been looking at. Wash away!

Wash without waiting. Just splash warm water followed by cool. Pat dry. Have no hesitation.
