hello, i am a certified nursing assistant and i have my certificate, it is from 1998 and i let it expire. what do i need to do to get re-certified? and where do i need to go to do this?

You should check your state's regulatory guidelines to see if you have to take the test again since it has been quite some time that your certification has been in effect before expiring.
