Does salt things make you gain more weight than sweet things?
Which do you like or prefer the most?

Hi Tweaty,
No to salt making you gain more weight if anything you may retain water.
Chocolate anything & everything! Besides you only live once that I know so you might as well enjoy it with CHOCOLATE!

Well, sweet things can have a lot of fat but then salty things would make you gain water weight. I like sweet things more. I like salty too but I would take the sweets normally. To much good food out there.

i like eating a sweet thing then right after, eat a salt thing. the sweet-salt combination on your tastebuds is very yummy! :o)

i think they both make you gain weight equally though. i try not to do that too often. usually around "that time of the month" ya know?...lol

It's not healthy for you to eat too much of either, but when it comes to weight, I think sweet things are worse. Sugar is a carbohydrate.

Interesting.
They say salt makes you retain water (which makes you FEEL fat.)
But sweets give you empty calories/carbs which actually TURN to fat if you aren't working out.

So...sweets.
