So I pulled two allnighters in a row, studying for one of my religion midterms, and probably overdosed on caffeine. My heart's racing, I'm headachey and dizzy and I can't sleep. I was wondering, what should I do about it? I've been eating lots of things, hoping that'll absorb some of it in my bloodstream, but do you think there's anything that'll help that fast?

I've been refered to one after going thru an u/s, catscan & MRI to find out why I have pain in my abdomin. A mass of bloodcells matching a description of rare liver cancer was found, but a biopsy is not possible because I will most likely hemorrage. Plus I apparently don't fit the typical criteria for this form of cancer. So I'm curious to know what exactly more this specialist can do?

I managed to work few a hell of a lot of issues this week and I have realised that a hell of a lot of my problems with myself have come about because I have sold out time and time again who I am, who I want to be and who I should be because people around me repeartedly force me down the path of least resistance over the correct path for me.
I don't dress how I want to.
I don't eat what or when I want to.
I avoid going to places I like to go.
I don't lead the life I want.

And the worst part is that people want to force me further down this path and NOW I AM SICK OF IT.
NO... I AM F*CKING SICK OF IT.
I am sick of being a pawn and a coward. I am sick of being worth nothing to myself. I am sick of looking forward to running away from everything that would really make me happy because someone else forces on me their opinion of what makes me happy and then is disgusted with me for being miserable.

So... does anyone else feel they betray who they really are to please society?

I need an apartment. I can't share a room because I have two small children, and I am disabled and can't work full time. I am currently in college and the apartment complex I live in is so awful and dirty. Section 8 is closed so I can not get on that, and I will never have three times the rent and don't have a co-signer, but I can afford to pay $600 a month. Does anyone know of any places online, other than Craigslist (been there) that I can search for housing in San Jose that is affordable? I am getting desperate to move someplace clean and safe while I finish my BA.

My daughter have stinky feet and now is taking Lamsil, a prescribed foot medication to kill the germ, (if anyone know a cheaper brand also cause these pills are $50 for a 30 day prescrition) but how do she keep from reinfecting her feet through her shoes. I can't afford a closet full of new shoes!

Pretty much what happened is that within the past month or so i lost 2 people that really meant something. I was doing ok last week but now it's getting worse. I'm having anxiety attacks now...and i just can't sleep i've literally gone without sleep for days. i was just hoping that maybe someone may know what i could do.

Recently, I've been facing what seems to be depression. I've been feeling ugly, so I end up doing things like getting my hair done, eyebrows arched, wearing contacts, dressing cute, and other superficial things like that but I would STILL feel ugly on the inside. I notice the big flaws on me every time i look in the mirror like baggy eyes and my manly face structure. I feel like I am fat, useless, & disgusting. Everytime I try to do something to fix my appearance on the outside I always end up feeling like its something within. No matter what positive comment people would say about me, I think that either they're lying or that they can see my pain & pity me. Everyday I wakeup and feel like s**t. I always feel the need to isolate myself from my friends. Its been like this for a couple of months now & I just want to be back to the old confident me. I never smile, joke, or laugh like i used to. I feel like there's something missing....Whats wrong with me?

The dreams start off in different ways. Nothing very interesting goes on, but then out of nowhere, I hear a loud bomb go off, and I see nothing but black in front of my eyes. I awaken right away after the explosion goes off. My heart is beating very fast, and I feel like I just experienced my own death. I have experienced this explosion at least four times this past month. Nothing different has been going on in my life to bring this on. What's really scary is that while the dream is happening, there is no indication that an explosion is going to occure. It comes as a complete surprise. During the day, when I hear a loud noise, it brings me back to my nightmare, and my emotions become impacted: I feel terror and shock, just like I feel in the dream when the explosion occurs.
How do I get rid of this reoccuring nightmare? I'm also wondering why it's happening.

I had pneumonia for about a month. At first the doctor didnt even check me, said I had a cold, and to get over it. I had a 104 fever for a week, plus I couldnt breathe and had horrible body aches for 2 weeks, so i finally went back in and requested that he do chest x-rays. Sure enough, I had pneumonia, and he gave me antibiotics, which I took all of, just like I was supposed to. Well, its been about a month since then and my cough never went away. There are days that I cough A LOT, like the past few days, and there is mucus too. I sometimes wheeze when I breathe, and I can tell there is still gunk in my lungs. But other than the coughing, I feel totally fine, no other symptoms. Any idea what is going on? Does pneumonia linger like this? Did I catch it again?

I have a ton of allergies. I get allergy shots and take Zyrtec-D, Nasonex and Advair. In the fall and spring I tend to have to clear my throat on occasion. The past week I have done it so often, now it hurts in my chest when I do. Should I be worried?

Hello,
My Father takes an handfull of medication and it doesnt seem to help. I would like to know what the following medication does.

Sertraline-----100mg
Lisinopril------10/20mg (two different bottles)
Metformin-----500mg
Felodipine----5mg ER
Bupropion HCL---------150mg
Norvasc--------10mg
Pot Chloride-------20MEQ

Can some one please explain to me what they do. It would be very much appretiated.
