You can call your local area vocational-technical school and inquire about CNA classes. The class is a semester long and includes the medical board testing at the end of the semester.

You could contact local hospitals, nursing homes, or other medical facilities and ask if they provide CNA classes. The director of nursing or staff coordinator should be able to provide you with the information. Some nursing homes will provide training and classes if you agree to work for them for a certain amount of time after you complete the state exam and become certified. If they don't provide the classes or training they should be able to tell you where the testing is available.
The nursing home where I work provided the classes for free and I didn't get paid for them. We had 60 hours of class time and 40 hours hands on training within the facility. After the class was over they scheduled a test date to take the state certification test.
