how do i deal with my anger problems without going to a THERIPIST or from my family i want to deal with it on my own with some advice. serouse answers only i need help

Stop, take a big breath, count to ten, pinch yourself, and then speak slowly, quitely, and clearly. If you shout, it not about to be resolved.

You need to have someone help you understand why you have this anger. Then try some self-help books that deal with anger and some techniques that can help you control it. Good Luck! I would still suggest a therapist everything is confidential unless you are going to harm someone or yourself. You can get out alot in the open and trust me they have heard everything! They can diagnose and give you really great tools to help with relaxation and to help you move on.

It's very difficult to deal with anger by yourself. You'll wind up using the anger to excuse the truth about yourself. If you can't afford a therapist, there are county programs that could help for free. There are books on Anger Management that you can check out. You can try meditation to calm yourself, join a gym, or exercise class. Smoking clams some people down, but I wouldn't recomment it for health reasons, but you may be ahead of me on that one.

Try to find a healthy or constructive way to relieve your anger. Maybe running, that helps me. Good luck.
