Yes, i have been known to do so many BIZARRE things to wake myself up. Im great!!
Ive woken up laughing out loud, crying, singing and also woke myself up by punching my ex on the nose cuz i dreamt he was laughing because someone had broke into my car and stole my Dexys Midnight Runners tape (I dont have a d.m.r. tape by the way)
Ive woken up to find myself sitting up clapping (?!) and also sat bolt upright in bed, shouted "HELLO," then settled back down for a bit of kip, after waking the entire house (and the neighbours) up!!!
Excellent - i love my bed!!

yes I do it all the time
I also wake up screaming dreaming theres something in the bed with me
and sometimes i wake jumping right out of the bed to the light switch on th eother side of the room in 1 leap! I cannot manage this while awake ah the mysteries of sleep.

I have!! I go through periods when this happens to me quite frequently - I will wake up laughing hysterically!! Sometimes I remember what I am laughing at and if it really is funny, then I continue to laugh for real, but sometimes I suddenly don't remember why I am laughing and I just go back to sleep hoping to find that same dream!

I've woken up crying and giggling and crying are different sides of the same coin. So I guess its very possible
And once i woke up texting- that was weird- I was asking someone if they had the other half of the circle, luckily I didn't send it.

and don't u find u just have the best day after???
I also woke up crying once
and once I woke up from a dream where I was
trying to push something and my hands where
pushing against the wall so hard, it woke me up...

no but i woke up crying one time because i was so upset that my sister in law left my brother with whom i don't even get on with and refused to let him have access to their baby- they don't have a baby either. I was so upset- i didn't realise i'd have cared that much.... wow- it was a bad dream

yes. and actually crying;speaking; screaming; reaching although not all on the same occasion; doing these things while i'm asleep wakes me up

Of course they have and it makes you think you are going mad, I done it plenty of times. Its better than waking yourself up snoring though.
