So I pulled two allnighters in a row, studying for one of my religion midterms, and probably overdosed on caffeine. My heart's racing, I'm headachey and dizzy and I can't sleep. I was wondering, what should I do about it? I've been eating lots of things, hoping that'll absorb some of it in my bloodstream, but do you think there's anything that'll help that fast?

Thanks in advance!

eat something high in protein......sounds like you are basically high on caffeine and your blood sugar is probably way too high......and go to sleep :) sleep deprivation will make you feel dizzy and get a headache......do it before it turns into a migraine...owwwwwwwwwwwwww..... NO MORE SUGAR!!!! it will only make you sicker.
