especially if things r not goin the right way.. i just dont want to do anything. wanna sit on the sofa all day, but then i feel bad after, cos i havent done anything...

Do something drastic like go excersize instead, MAKE yourself move and VERY soon, your body will respond to it and react to keep you going. It helps me! I work out every day and I feel great after word... Not tired at all.

Drink green or black tea for the energy. Meditate, and find yourself so that you give yourself motivation. Remember, life is too short and it would be a shame to miss out on the wonderful things such as nature, scenery, and LIFE.
