Well, it's happened a few times in my life, but one time really sticks out in my mind. I had to pay bills, grocery shop, and then a doctors appointment for my daughter
after wards. I was standing in line at the grocery store, with my daughter in the front of the basket talking to me, and the cashier told me how much my purchase was. I reached in my purse and handed the cashier my electric
bill for the previous month. She looked at me like I didn't have any butter on my pancakes! (no brains) I litterally had to shake my head because my mind had gone blank. Then when I drove home, I had to clean house, laundry ect. Just too much on a person's mind can cause a mind to go blank. Did that story answer your question?

Indoor air quality can be a huge factor in causing mind blanks, scattered thinking, irritability, cravings and many other states of mind. VOC's (volatile organic compounds) gas off from paints, air fresheners, cleaning products, plastics, carpeting, new clothing and many other household items. Mold can be a huge factor too. Stress, of course, can also influence the way that we think.
