I have (I guess) IBS (Irritable Bowel Syndrome) but the strange thing about it is that it exhibits its symptoms mostly on workdays (I get diahrreah and heatburn regularly on workdays). The condition is much less of a problem on weekends, holidays and vacation. Anyone else out there have this strange problem and if so, do you have a solution?

IBS is aggrivated by stress. You are probably under a lot more stress on the weekdays and thus have more symptoms on those days. Some people even have more IBS symptoms in the early part of the day and then are fine in the evening, usually because they are home and relaxed.
Take some Imodium if you need to for the diarrhea. It's very safe and works great.

What are you eating or drinking differently on workdays? Keep a food diary. It will help you find what things make you sick. I have IBS too. I learned what foods to avoid and now I don't have problems. I do have to read labels, however. For me, the foods that make me sick are: all poultry, eggs, honey, beets, and cherries. It is a 8-12 hour delay between eating the food and getting sick.
